Domestic - Canada Post

Free Shipping via Canada post for all orders over $300

Allow for 2-3 days for us to process your order

Once your item has been processed please allow for 1-5 business days for your item to arrive

Holidays and weekends may effect delivery time

Shipping within Canada is $20

International - FedEx

International shipping is sent out with FedEx and is estimated 3-10 business days for dispatch and delivery

International shipping is $40 and does not include custom, duties or taxes upon arrival

Double Sunrise is not responsible for custom delays, import taxes and duties that may occur in some countries That price is not reflected in the shipping costs. It is up to the customer to cover these costs upon delivery

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages due to transit.

Refusal of a package does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned. Return shipping rates from refused packages will not be covered by Double Sunrise. It will be up to the buyer to cover the costs.

 
 
 
 

RETURN POLICY

We allow for a 7 day return policy on all full price items. All items must be in the original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of returning your item so we can proceed with the refund

All sale items and promo codes are a final sale. They are not eligable for return or exchange. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted

If an item does not fit we are happy to issue a refund and then customer can purchase the correct size via our website

How to return your item

  1. Please email hello@doublesunrise.ca with your order number and the items you wish to return. Must contact us within 7 days of your order arriving

  2. Fill out the return form that you received with your order

  3. Please return your unworn, unwashed items enclosed with their tags attached and return form

  4. Once your return is received and deemed as an acceptable return we will issue a refund. All refunds should take 1-5 business days
